Dr. Joseph is a graduate of Louisiana State University and obtained his medical degree at the Louisiana State School of Medicine, New Orleans, Louisiana. He completed his internship and residency in Internal Medicine at Emory University School of Medicine, Atlanta, Georgia. Dr. Joseph completed his fellowship in general cardiology at the University of Kentucky, Lexington, Kentucky. He has served as past Vice President at Northeast Georgia Heart Center and past medical director of the cardiac care unit at Northeast Georgia Medical Center. In addition to general cardiology he also has an interest in nuclear, CT and PET cardiac imaging, echocardiography, cardiac prevention and cardiac pacing. Dr. Joseph is board certified in Cardiovascular Disease.
