Anita Bhandiwad, M.D., F.A.C.C.
Dr. Bhandiwad is a graduate with highest distinction from Northwestern University and obtained her medical degree from the Northwestern University Medical School Honors Program in Chicago in 1998. She completed her residency and cardiology fellowship at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center at Harvard Medical School in Boston. Before joining Northeast Georgia Heart Center she served as the Professor of Medicine at the Emory University School of Medicine “Director of Cardiac MR at Emory Crawford Long Hospital. Dr. Bhandiwad is board certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Disease, Echocardiography and Nuclear Cardiology.
